Chromel

Chromel ist eine Legierung aus ca. 90% Nickel und 10% Chrom, aus der die positiven Leiter der Thermoelemente ANSI Typ E (Chromel-Konstantan) und K (Chromel-Alumel) hergestellt werden.

Es kann bei Temperaturen bis zu 1.100 ° C in oxidierenden Atmosphären eingesetzt werden.
